Hospitality menus continue to evolve and are very flexible depending upon specific requirements. Our menus change regularly to keep our offer in line with nature’s new seasonal offerings.

From Farm to Fork!

From the farm at The Royal Veterinary College, Hawkshead, we are serving our own livestock to customers. Under the expert eye of Farm Manager, Paul Christian, our cattle, pigs, ewes and poultry continue to thrive, with all produce (meat, eggs, milk, etc) supplying our nearby sites. 

The success and feedback from clients has propelled this initiative forward with greater expansion planned during 2010. Eventually we would like to supply all of our sites with our home-grown meat....
